When you submit our quote request form, we collect the information you provide directly: name, company, phone number, email address, project type, and any project details you share. We do not require an account to use this site.
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools automatically log standard technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, used only in aggregate to understand site usage.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to quote requests and schedule projects
- To communicate with you about an active or upcoming engagement
- To improve our services and this website
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver our services (for example, file-sharing platforms like Dropbox or Google Drive) or as required by law.
Aerial Imagery and Client Deliverables
Photos, video, and 3D models captured for a client project belong to that engagement and are delivered privately. We may request permission to feature select project imagery in our portfolio; we will not do so without your consent.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and project files for as long as reasonably necessary to support your project and our business records, after which they are deleted or archived securely.
Your Choices
You can request that we delete your contact information or stop contacting you at any time by emailing taylor@vectoraerialconsulting.com.
