Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of vectoraerialconsulting.com and any drone photography, videography, or site-monitoring services provided by Vector Aerial Consulting. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Vector Aerial Consulting provides FAA Part 107 certified drone services, including construction site monitoring, commercial real estate and marketing content, and cinematic FPV videography. Specific scope, pricing, and delivery timelines for a project are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Flight Operations & Compliance
All flights are conducted by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Clients are responsible for providing accurate site access information, and for securing any property or airspace permissions outside our standard operating authority.
Deliverables and Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in a project quote, Vector Aerial Consulting retains copyright of captured imagery and grants the client a license to use delivered files for the purposes described in the project agreement. Use of imagery in our portfolio requires client consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Payment and Scheduling
Monthly monitoring plans are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. Per-project work is quoted and invoiced according to the terms provided at booking. Weather, site conditions, or airspace restrictions may require rescheduling a visit; we will communicate any changes as early as possible.
Limitation of Liability
Vector Aerial Consulting carries commercial drone operations insurance. We are not liable for delays or incomplete deliverables caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, site access issues, or airspace restrictions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
